Meet Nick Mosley, a leading authority in the tiny house movement and an advocate for sustainable and affordable living. Nick is the owner and founder of several companies, including California Tiny House, Inc., Tiny House Education (501c3), Tiny House, Inc., and Cali Prefab. With over 2 decades of experience in the construction industry, Nick has dedicated his career to designing and building model/custom tiny homes that are not only beautiful but also eco-friendly and functional.

Nick's passion for tiny homes extends beyond just building them. He is also a contributing author for the ICC Modular Standards 1200 and 1205, which provide guidelines for the design and construction of modular buildings, including stationary tiny homes. (He may be doing the same for moveable tiny houses under the brand new MTH standards in development in conjunction with ICC and THIA. Nick serves as the Vice President of the American Tiny House Association(ATHA), a non-profit organization that promotes the growth of the tiny house movement by advocating for legislation and attainable housing.

In addition to his work with the ATHA, Nick is also a voting Board Member for the Tiny Home Industry Association and Chairman of the National Tiny Home Builders Committee. Extending past his involvement with nearly every tiny house related organization, he is also an industry partner/ advisor for over a dozen school district across the country. Through his company Tiny House, Inc. (THinc) he is committed to providing education and training to individuals/ learning institutions who are interested in building their own Certified Tiny Home.
